- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
This act shall take effect immediately, but shall be inoperative unless and until the “New Jersey Water Bond Act, 1958,” shall be duly approved by a majority of the legally qualified voters of the State voting on the question of the approval of said act at a general election.
