Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 58:25-1
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The State aid program created by sections 11 through 20 of this act shall be known as the “Sewerage Facilities Aid Program.” L.1979, c. 321, s. 11, eff. Jan. 18, 1980.
