Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 6:5-7
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The Secretary of State shall keep a record of processes served pursuant to the provisions of this act, which shall show the day and hour of such service.
