Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 18.15.445
- municipality: means a political subdivision incorporated under the laws of the state that is a home rule or general law city, a home rule or general law borough, or a unified municipality. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
The department, the Department of Public Safety, the Department of Corrections, and each municipality shall assist public safety officers and employing agencies in complying with the requirements of Alaska Stat. § 18.15.400 – 18.15.450.
