(b) Nothing in Alaska Stat. § 41.21.500 – 41.21.514 affects the applicability of (1)Alaska Stat. § 41.99.010 and Alaska Stat. Title 16 regarding the responsibilities of the Department of Fish and Game or the Board of Fisheries or the Board of Game; or (2) Alaska Stat.
