All remedies provided by this chapter, Alaska Stat. Chapter 46.04, or Alaska Stat. Chapter 46.14 are cumulative, and the securing of relief, whether injunctive, civil, or criminal, under a section of this chapter, Alaska Stat. Chapter 46.04, or Alaska Stat. Chapter 46.14 does not stop the state from obtaining relief under any other section of this chapter, Alaska Stat. Chapter 46.04, or Alaska Stat. Chapter 46.14.
