§ 5097As used in this chapter, "state lands" means lands owned by,~
§ 5097.1Prior to the commencement of construction of any major~
§ 5097.2Upon receipt of plans for a proposed construction project~
§ 5097.3The state agency, by or on whose behalf public works are to~
§ 5097.4No archaelogical program conducted by the Department of~
§ 5097.5A person shall not knowingly and willfully excavate~
§ 5097.6Expenditures to carry out the purposes of this chapter~
