§ 5097
As used in this chapter, "state lands" means lands owned by,~

Prior to the commencement of construction of any major~

Upon receipt of plans for a proposed construction project~
§ 5097.3
The state agency, by or on whose behalf public works are to~

No archaelogical program conducted by the Department of~
§ 5097.5
A person shall not knowingly and willfully excavate~
§ 5097.6
Expenditures to carry out the purposes of this chapter~
§ 5097.7
Upon a conviction pursuant to Section 5097.5, the following~
