(a) Any person violating any provision of this chapter or the regulations adopted thereunder shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars for each offense.

  • Person: means an individual, corporation, limited liability company, the state or any political subdivision thereof, agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, two or more persons having a joint or common interest, and any other legal or commercial entity. (b) Nothing in this chapter shall affect the rights of any party under chapter 735a.
