Any person violating any provision of sections 21a-14 to 21a-17, inclusive, shall, for the first offense, be fined not more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than sixty days or both. For each subsequent offense, he shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than four months, or both.
