- Person: means an individual; corporation; business trust; estate; trust; partnership; limited liability company; association; joint venture; government; governmental subdivision, agency, or instrumentality; public corporation; or any other legal or commercial entity. A qualified person who, in good faith and exercising reasonable care, makes a disclosure of information pursuant to § 485A-802 shall be immune from administrative or civil liability that might otherwise arise from the disclosure or for any failure to notify the commissioner of the disclosure.
