Terms Used In Idaho Code 30-23-810

Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.

If a claim against a dissolved partnership is barred under section 30-23-807, 30-23-808 or 30-23-809, Idaho Code, any corresponding claim under section 30-23-306, 30-23-703 or 30-23-805, Idaho Code, is also barred.
