Terms Used In Idaho Code 54-3315
- Board: means the state board of denturitry. See Idaho Code 54-3303
- Denturist: means a person licensed under this chapter to engage in the practice of denturitry. See Idaho Code 54-3303
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
A denturist whose license has been revoked either by the Idaho board of denturitry or the similar body of another state, shall not be eligible to apply for a license until one (1) year after the date of revocation.
