Terms Used In Idaho Code 54-5218
- Board: means the Idaho contractors board as created in section 54-5206, Idaho Code. See Idaho Code 54-5203
- Department: means the department of self-governing agencies of the state of Idaho. See Idaho Code 54-5203
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
It shall be the right and duty of the attorney general or the prosecuting attorneys of the various counties to represent and appear for the people of the state of Idaho and the department in all actions and proceedings involving any question under this chapter or under any order or act of the board and to perform such other services as are required.
