Strangers or visitors shall not be allowed underground in any mine unless accompanied by the operator or an official of the mine, or by an employee deputized by such operator or official to accompany them, and it shall be a Class A misdemeanor for any such stranger or visitor to enter any mine at any time without the consent of the superintendent.
