Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 35 ILCS 200/18-200
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
A school district’s State aid shall not be reduced under the computation under subsections 5(a) through 5(h) of Part A of Section 18-8 of the School Code or under Section 18-8.15 of the School Code due to the operating tax rate falling from above the minimum requirement of that Section of the School Code to below the minimum requirement of that Section of the School Code due to the operation of this Law.
