Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 820 ILCS 80/50

- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
Interest, investment earnings, and investment losses shall be allocated to individual Program accounts as established by the Board under subsection (d) of Section 30 of this Act. An individual’s retirement savings benefit under the Program shall be an amount equal to the balance in the individual’s Program account on the date the retirement savings benefit becomes payable. The State shall have no liability for the payment of any benefit to any participant in the Program.
