Sec. 192. (a) “Responsible person”, for purposes of IC 13-24-1, means a person who has caused a release at a petroleum facility.

(A) the United States government;
(B) the state; or
(C) any other person;
under Section 107 of CERCLA (42 U.S.C. § 9607); or
(2) liable to the state under IC 13-25-4-8.
(c) “Responsible person”, for purposes of IC 13-18-16-7.5, has the meaning set forth in IC 13-18-16-7.5(a).
