- ELTF claim: as used in this chapter and IC 13-23, means any claim for payment from the ELTF. See Indiana Code 13-11-2-63.6
Sec. 25.7. “Claimant”, as used in this chapter, IC 13-23-8, and IC 13-23-9, refers to a person that makes an ELTF claim.
