Indiana Code 13-11-2-252. “Waste tire transporter”

Sec. 252. “Waste tire transporter”, for purposes of IC 13-20-14, means a person who engages in the business of:

(1) accepting waste tires; and

(2) transporting the waste tires to one (1) or more other locations.
