Sec. 90. (a) “Governmental entity”, for purposes of IC 13-18-3 and IC 13-25-6, means the state or a political subdivision.
(b) “Governmental entity”, as used in IC 13-26, means a political subdivision (as defined in IC 36-1-2-13).
