Indiana Code 13-30-7-7. Rules

Sec. 7. The following shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 and IC 13-14-9 to administer this chapter:

(1) The board.

(2) The petroleum storage tank financial assurance board established by IC 13-23-11-1.
