- basin: refers to the upper Wabash River basin. See Indiana Code 14-30-4-1
- commission: refers to the Upper Wabash River basin commission established by this chapter. See Indiana Code 14-30-4-2
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 6. The upper Wabash River basin commission is established as a separate municipal corporation.
