Indiana Code 16-35-10-3. Eligibility for participation

Sec. 3. To be eligible for participation in the pilot program, a woman must:

(1) either:

pilot program: means the opioid addiction recovery pilot program for pregnant women and women with newborns established by section 2 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 16-35-10-1

(A) be a pregnant woman; or

(B) be a woman with a newborn child; and

(2) seek assistance for recovery from an opioid addiction.
