- council: refers to the rare disease advisory council established by section 2 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 16-46-17-1
- Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
Sec. 10. Eight (8) members of the council constitute a quorum. The affirmative vote of a majority of the quorum is required for the council to take any action.
