- council: refers to the rare disease advisory council established by section 2 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 16-46-17-1
- Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
Sec. 8. If a vacancy occurs on the council, the governor shall appoint a qualified individual to serve the remainder of the term within sixty (60) days of receiving notice of the vacancy.
