Indiana Code 8-1-8.4-2. “Compliance project”

Sec. 2. (a) As used in this chapter, “compliance project” means a project:
(2) related to the direct or indirect compliance by the energy utility with one (1) or more federally mandated requirements.
(1) undertaken by an energy utility; and

- energy utility: has the meaning set forth in Indiana Code 8-1-8.4-3
- federally mandated requirement: means a requirement that the commission determines is imposed on an energy utility by the federal government in connection with any of the following:

(b) The term includes:
(1) an addition; or
(2) an integrity, enhancement, or a replacement project;
undertaken by an energy utility to comply with a federally mandated requirement described in section 5(5) of this chapter.
