Terms Used In Iowa Code 139A.9
- Board: means the board of hearing aid specialists. See Iowa Code 154A.1
- Person: means a natural person. See Iowa Code 154A.1
The forcible removal and isolation or quarantine of any infected person shall be accomplished according to the rules and regulations of the local board or the rules of the council on health and human services.
