602.11113 Bailiffs employed as court attendants.
Persons who were employed as bailiffs and who were performing services for the court, other than law enforcement services, immediately prior to July 1, 1983, shall be employed by the district court administrators as court attendants under § 602.6601 on July 1, 1983.
