- Discovery: Lawyers' examination, before trial, of facts and documents in possession of the opponents to help the lawyers prepare for trial.
- Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
- Fiduciary: includes personal representative, executor, administrator, guardian, conservator, and the trustee of any trust described in section 633. See Iowa Code 633.3
- Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
No proceedings upon the bond of a fiduciary shall be brought subsequent to two years after the discharge of the fiduciary or six months after the discovery of fraud, whichever is later.
