Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 2-2459a
- Person: means any individual, partnership, association of persons, corporation or governmental agency. See Kansas Statutes 2-2438a
- Secretary: means the secretary of agriculture. See Kansas Statutes 2-2438a
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
The secretary may, in cooperation with Kansas state university, any other educational institutions of this state or of any other state, state and federal agencies, or any other person, publish information and conduct short courses of instruction in the safe use and application of pesticides.
