(a) The council on travel and tourism, established under Kan. Stat. Ann. § 32-1410, and amendments thereto, shall oversee all matters concerning the state tourism fund and expenditures therefrom.
(b) The council, by a majority vote, shall determine for inclusion in the Kansas department of commerce budget expenditures from the state tourism fund.
