  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201

The secretary shall issue a certificate of completion of an approved hunter education course to any resident of this state upon submission of evidence of successful completion of a hunter education course approved by the secretary prior to July 1, 1973, and such other information as requested by the secretary and upon payment of such fee as may be prescribed pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 32-988.
