  • Trial: A hearing that takes place when the defendant pleads "not guilty" and witnesses are required to come to court to give evidence.

Any action of the secretary of labor pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 44-601 through 44-628, and amendments thereto, is subject to review and enforcement by the supreme court in accordance with the Kansas judicial review act.
