- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
Notwithstanding any provisions of the Kansas uniform trust act to the contrary, Kan. Stat. Ann. § 58-24a01 et seq., and amendments thereto shall govern the investment and management of trust assets.
