Louisiana Revised Statutes 27:448 – Division; determination as to issuance or denial of employee permit; rules
Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 27:448
- Board: means the Louisiana Gaming Control Board, as established by La. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 27:402
- Video draw poker: means any card game approved by the division that utilizes one or more decks of cards per hand with multiple hands permitted per game. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 27:402
- Video draw poker employee: means a person issued a permit pursuant to the provisions of La. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 27:402
A. If the division determines that the applicant is suitable for the issuance of a video draw poker employee permit as provided for in La. Rev. Stat. 27:447, then the division shall issue a video draw poker employee permit to the applicant.
B. If the division determines that the applicant is not suitable for the issuance of a video draw poker employee permit, as provided for in La. Rev. Stat. 27:447, then the division shall deny the applicant and shall not issue the video draw poker employee permit.
C. The Louisiana Gaming Control Board may adopt rules necessary for the implementation of the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 27:445 through La. Rev. Stat. 27:450, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act and the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 27:15(B)(8).
