Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 30:101.1
- Underwater obstruction: means any obstacle, whether natural or manmade, which impedes normal navigation and commercial fishing on the navigable waters of the state. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 30:101.3
This Part may be cited as the “Louisiana Fishermen’s Gear Compensation and Underwater Obstruction Removal Program”.
