County: means a county of the State or Baltimore City. See
state: means :

(1) a state, possession, territory, or commonwealth of the United States; or

(2) the District of Columbia. See

Each electrical installation in the State shall conform to:

(1) the National Electrical Code; or

(2) the electrical code and amendments adopted by the county in which the electrical installation is done.
