Michigan Laws 324.14807 – Fraud as misdemeanor; penalty

Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
Person: means an individual, partnership, corporation, association, governmental entity, or other legal entity. See Michigan Laws 324.301

A person who uses this part to commit fraud is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $25,000.00.
