Michigan Laws 333.1064 - Requirement to execute order prohibited

Sec. 14.

A person or organization shall not require the execution of an order described in section 3 or 5 as a condition for insurance coverage, admittance to a health care facility, receiving health care benefits or services, or any other reason.
