Michigan Laws > Chapter 338 > Act 359 of 1927 > § 338.482 - Violation of act; penalty

Sec. 2.

Any individual, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of not less than 500 dollars and cost of prosecution.
