- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
A complaint alleging an act prohibited by this act shall be subject to the same procedures as a complaint alleging an unfair employment practice under Act No. 453 of the Public Acts of 1976, as amended, being section 37.2101 to 37.2804 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
