Terms Used In Michigan Laws 773.1
- Magistrate: means a judge of the district court or a judge of a municipal court. See Michigan Laws 761.1
A magistrate holding an inquest pursuant to Act No. 181 of the Public Acts of 1953, as amended, being section 52.201 to 52.216 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, shall follow the procedures prescribed in this chapter.
