87-5-913. Real property. Real property conveyed by fee simple title to the state under this part must be administered by the department pursuant to Title 77.
Terms Used In Montana Code 87-5-913
- Department: means the department of natural resources and conservation. See Montana Code 87-5-903
- Fee simple: Absolute title to property with no limitations or restrictions regarding the person who may inherit it.
- Property: means real and personal property. See Montana Code 1-1-205
