Any person aggrieved by a decision made or an order issued by the director pursuant to section 46-226.02, 46-233, 46-240, 46-241, 46-242, 46-297, or 46-2,101 may appeal as provided in section 61-207.
Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 46-2,105
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Person: shall include bodies politic and corporate, societies, communities, the public generally, individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, and associations. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
