Except as otherwise provided in the Residential Lead-Based Paint Professions Practice Act, a firm shall not engage in an abatement project unless the firm holds a license for that purpose.

- Firm: means a company, partnership, corporation, sole proprietorship, association, or other business entity that conducts lead-based paint abatement or abatement projects. See Nebraska Statutes 71-6319.22
