On or before January 31 of each year, the Division of Child and Family Services shall prepare and submit a report to the Governor and the Legislature which includes, without limitation, information concerning:

- county: includes Carson City. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.033
- Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
- population: means the number of people in a specified area as determined by the last preceding national decennial census conducted by the Bureau of the Census of the United States Department of Commerce pursuant to Section 2 of Article I of the Constitution of the United States and reported by the Secretary of Commerce to the Governor pursuant to 13 U. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.050
1. The progress made by each agency which provides child welfare services in a county whose population is 100,000 or more toward achieving the specific performance targets set forth in an improvement plan submitted by the agency pursuant to NRS 432B.216; and
2. Whether the agency which provides child welfare services in a county whose population is 100,000 or more achieved the specific goal established pursuant to NRS 432B.2165 during the previous fiscal year and, if not, the percentage of the goal that was achieved.
