1. Any person who:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
(a) Is at least 21 years of age;
(b) Is of good moral character; and
(c) Has graduated from a school approved by the Board or has completed at least 4 years of work experience in the practice of landscape architecture in accordance with regulations adopted by the Board, may submit an application to the Board for a certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern.
2. The application must be submitted on a form furnished by the Board and include:
(a) The applicable fees prescribed by the Board pursuant to the provisions of NRS 623A.240; and
(b) All information required to complete the application.
