The Commissioner may require the attendance of any person and examine him or her under oath relative to loans or business regulated by this chapter or to the subject matter of any examination, investigation or hearing, and may require the production of books, accounts, papers and records.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 675.390
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Financial Institutions. See Nevada Revised Statutes 675.020
- Oath: A promise to tell the truth.
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
