No person shall operate any OHRV in excess of 35 miles per hour during night hours, on the frozen surface of Back Lake in the town of Pittsburg. As used in this section, “night hours” means the hours between
1/2 hour after sunset and
1/2 hour before sunrise. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a violation.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 215-A:4-a
- OHRV: means off highway recreational vehicle. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 215-A:1
- Operate: in all its moods and tenses, when it refers to an OHRV, means to use that vehicle in any manner for transportation. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 215-A:1
