Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 231:125
- Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
- seal: shall include an impression of the official seal made upon the paper alone, as well as an impression thereof made by means of wax, or a wafer, affixed thereto. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:11
Assessments provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 231:120 and 122 shall be committed to the collector of taxes, with a warrant under the hands and seal of the assessors requiring him to collect them; and he shall have the same rights and remedies and be subject to the same liabilities in relation thereto as in the collection of taxes.
